Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy listed here.
Return Window
You can request for return or replacement of a particular ordered product within the window of 7 days once the product is delivered to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s) Shipped
We accept the return Or replacement only in the case of DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED.
You are required to video record and share with us an unboxing video recording on the time you open the package Or box of the product as soon as you get it delivered. Please note that we will not entertain any kind of return Or replacement request without the unboxing video. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Cancellation
Any product order can’t be cancelled once the order is placed.
Refunds
We will initiate and process the refund for your correct and unused return of product(s) within 10 days of receiving the product at our warehouse/dispatch source location.

Holixshop.com in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

- Refund will be issued only after receiving the product in-order at our warehouse/source dispatch location, and found to be the same product originally dispatched, duly ascertained by our quality-check process. Any discrepancy found in the returned product with respect to tag and product mismatch, which validates the return of a wrong product, will not be eligible for return and refund. The same condition of non-eligibility of return & refund will apply, if the product is found in damaged Or used condition as against your declaration of the product being unused.
- The return pickup may take 24 hours to 10 days from the date of applying for return, depending on the pin-code of pickup location. Your patience is very much appreciated.
- Holixshop.com reserves the right for auto cancellation of the order placed if the product is “OUT OF STOCK” within 24-42 hrs. of amount refund.
